Work History
Lead designer and innovator for all of Ratio’s digital media and branding needs to include 100+ graphics, 30+ promotional videos, website development, blog content, company merchandise, and creative social media posts.
Administrator of Ratio’s website and social media platforms, including daily posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Spearheaded Ratio’s social media campaign from the ground up, increasing follower counts and overall engagement by 200%.
Oversees Ratio’s email marketing campaigns where daily emails are sent to 3,200+ subscribers via Constant Contact and to 1,000+ cold contacts via Apollo using analytic tools to track engagement rates.
Coordinated and executed a series of successful events, including company holiday parties and happy hours, attracting 50+ attendees while leading fundraisers and raffles for local organizations which led to a new partnership with the STEM Education & Information Center in Fredericksburg, VA. This collaboration sparked new opportunities with other organizations and initiated the use of the Ratio office for nonprofit events.
